Care instructions

  • Always unplug the fountain before filling, emptying or cleaning it.
  • Keep the water above the minimum level so the pump does not run dry.
  • Change the water every few days and wash the bowl at least once a week; the stainless steel bowl can go in the dishwasher.
  • Do not put the pump, filter or cable in the dishwasher. Rinse the pump gently by hand.
  • Replace the filter regularly; we suggest about every 2–4 weeks, depending on how many pets use it.
