These terms apply when you use wellbrim.com or place an order with Wellbrim ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them before you buy.
Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old and have a delivery address in the United Kingdom to place an order.
Products and descriptions
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different from the photographs because of lighting and screen settings, and sizes and capacities are approximate. Please check the size and capacity listed on each product page to make sure it suits your pet.
Our products are everyday pet accessories. They are not veterinary products and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you are concerned about how much your pet is drinking, please speak to your vet. Always supervise your pet with a new product.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. See our Payment Policy.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price by mistake, we will contact you before dispatch so you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Orders and contract
After you order, we send an email confirming that we have received it. Our contract with you is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we cannot verify payment; if we do, you receive a full refund.
Delivery
Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.
Returns and refunds
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Use of this website
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. The content of this website, including text, images and the Wellbrim name, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any matter where it would be unlawful to do so, and nothing affects your statutory rights. Subject to that, we are responsible only for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms, and we are not responsible for business losses, as our products are sold for domestic and private use.

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones in force when you place it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
